FUERZA NAVAL, RESERVA NAVAL AND FUNDACIÓN LEJAIM HELP COMMUNITY KITCHEN IN PUERTO LEGUIZAMO, PUTUMAYO

November 9, 2021

Armada de Colombia y directora de Centro de Acogida “Buen Samaritano Marie Poussepin”

Within the Colombian territory there are places and regions to which access is difficult, often becoming a challenge; institutions such as the Armada Nacional (National Navy), through their different work fronts, they are always willing to bring well-being and growth through community days where doctors, dentists, psychologists, nutritionists, and other professionals participate to dignify and enrich the lives of the vulnerable population that is in their jurisdiction. On this occasion we were participants in a day of well-being held during the month of November in the city of Puerto Leguízamo, Putumayo.

We worked hand in hand with the Fuerza Naval del Sur (Naval Force of the South) and the Reserva Naval (Naval Reserve), delivering a ton of non-perishable food and 55 pairs of new shoes, to the 78 minors of limited resources who attend the Centro de Acogida el Buen Samaritano Marie Poussepin (“Buen Samaritano Marie Poussepin” Reception Center)

A special thanks to Shejinah Elohim Kadosh Ministries and all the people and institutions in Colombia and around the world who believe in us as a foundation and who contribute to promote and generate these spaces of dignity and honor to the human being.
